About the Role: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR). Reporting to the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and creating qualified sales opportunities and generating pipeline for our Account Executives. We're looking for someone with a drive to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how JumpCloud can provide value. The ideal candidate for this position should possess some sales experience, exceptional organizational abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask effectively, strong time management skills, and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get things done.What You'll Do (but not limited to): Receive and evaluate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Qualify and convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Successfully hand these leads off to Account Executives to create the pipeline that fuels new business generation Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and more Create and personalize email outreach sequences and call scripts Partner with SDR Managers and Account Executives to develop outreach strategies Your Qualifications: Quick learner, capable of digesting both technical product knowledge and complex process requirements Self-starter and hard worker with an entrepreneurial work ethic Inquisitive mind, desire to learn and hunger for constructive feedback Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the JumpCloud organization as well as our prospective customers Written and spoken English proficiency required 1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.) Where you'll be working/Location: This role is hybrid in the country of Mexico. You must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico to be considered for this role. This hybrid role is based in the Mexico City metro area and requires team members to spend a few days each week in the office. You are able to work remotely when not in the office. Language: JumpCloud has teams in 15+ countries around the world and conducts our internal business in English. The interview and any additional screening process will take place primarily in English.
