You will be confident when explaining our services and an outstanding listener. During inbound interactions, actively listen to comprehend and address customer queries while in outbound efforts, adopt a proactive, customer-centric approach to identify their distinct challenges. Your overarching goal is to prioritize building connections, emphasizing trust and understanding to foster successful, mutually beneficial relationships.Key Responsibilities:Present, promote and sell GBS Group services using solid arguments to prospective customers.Prepare and follow-up on proposals/quotes sent to prospects.Ensure that cross-selling efforts are being made, following up with clients that might be interested in other services.Maintain accurate records in the CRM, with detailed information on customer contacts.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Use evaluation tools and clients' experiences to improve company processes.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Develop a deep understanding of business priorities and proactively manage time to promote productivity and efficiency.Engage in outbound sales activities as necessary, including reaching out to potential clients and promoting GBS Group services proactively.Other activities as assigned.Qualifications:Advanced level of English & Spanish.Proven work experience as a Sales Representative = 2+ years of experience.A multitasker and problem solver with confidence and a positive attitude.Demonstrated leadership skills and professionalism at all times.Extraordinary interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Doc, and Sheets).Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Bachelor's Degree, not required but preferred.Skills:Communication Skills: Able to adapt different communication styles, tailoring and anticipating lead needs effectively.Sales Skills: Clients' interests are treated as the top priority, leading to high engagement and conversion rates
