The Inbound Transportation Analyst support the carrier managament team in the daily basis operation creating and colleting valuable data that contribute into the decision making process to strive the lean operation for imports and inbound we pay programs.
- This is a temporary six month role*
Key job responsibilities
- Support the ground transportation operation from the 1st mile ( Inbound and Imports)
- Align on a weekly basis the metrics with the different carriers
- Follow up with the carriers collected guides and daily basis problem analytic solver
- Follow-up of incidents with the different carriers
- Search for information and follow-up of the guides that have a topic for delivery
- Support to the Carrier during the units positioning
- Tracking of the units until reaching FC to their download and inbound process.
- Review of loads to avoid delays in the departure of the inbound services.
- Support billing issues, attending meetings and reviewing confirmed any pending issues with brokers.
- Follow up carrier performance and the commitments emerged from the meetings
