Incentive Plan Analyst

Transforming Information into IntelligenceMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.We are seeking an experienced Incentive Plan Analyst to calculate incentive award payments to sales personnel and manufacturer reps based on incentive plan rules and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, communicate, and administer incentive programs, plans, and policies.Calculate and validate incentive payments.Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness.Communicate incentive payments to Micron Sales and Manufacturer Reps.Analyze sales performance results, prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.Requirements:5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, business operations or similar role.Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, etc.).Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to manipulate and summarize large volumes of data using formulas, pivot tables, power pivots.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
