Incentive Plan Analyst

Transforming Information for a Better LifeMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, driving progress faster than ever.We are seeking an experienced Incentive Plan Analyst to calculate incentive award payments to sales personnel and manufacturer reps based on incentive plan rules and guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, communicate, and administer incentive programs, plans, and policies.Calculate and validate incentive payments.Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely and accurate payments as outlined in the plan.Communicate incentive payments to Micron Sales and Manufacturer Reps.Analyze sales performance results, prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.Utilize Power BI SQL model/queries, Power BI dashboards/reports, Excel, reporting tools, and/or ERP systems to gather data for payment calculation or analysis.Contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data.Analyze or model alternative incentive plan designs.Document business processes.Requirements:5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, business operations, or similar role.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business).Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to manipulate and summarize large volumes of data using formulas, pivot tables, power pivots.Familiarity with Power BI and SQL queries.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication, and internal personal skills.Strong organization and project management skills.Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year
