Join our world-class team today and fulfill your career potential!**Job Summary****The Opportunity**The Incident Manager (IM) works alongside the Technical Duty Officer (TDO) as a key resource in the global FICO Operations Control Center.**What you'll contribute**The Incident Manager will also participate in meetings to discuss incidents and facilitate discussion around trends and early warning indicators. For future career progression, this position prepares and mentors individuals aspiring to become Technical Duty Officers.**What we are seeking**:- Incident leader with breadth and depth.
