Our employees play a key role and can contribute to more sustainable fashion, today and in the future.Descripción del empleoDefine and drive H&M's Inclusion & Diversity strategy for Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador leveraging the Region Americas framework and the global I&D philosophy. Responsible for positioning, designing, and delivering on inclusion & diversity initiatives, with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent, building customer connections and creating community impact.**Job Responsibility including but not limited to**:- Conducts a comprehensive review to analyze key targets and objectives, identify inclusion priorities and determine success factors.- Leverages data and analytics and incorporates insights to determine the effectiveness of efforts and flag I&D-related gaps or opportunities for future initiatives.- Leads implementation and oversees the operations of the Colleague Resource Groups for Mexico, Colombia & Ecuador.- Works with Country HR leader to drive expansion of LEAD program in Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador.- In collaboration with Country Sales leader, Country HR leader and Region Americas I&D leader, establishes accountability targets to be adopted across the various units with timetable for goal achievement.- Develops cross-functional I&D reporting and cadence for sharing with internal stakeholders to ensure accountability.- Works cross-functionally and determines appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure I&D is embedded in H&M's way of working.- Determines external partners to drive the community outreach element of the I&D strategy.- Stays abreast of global goals and programming to leverage local execution where possible (i.E., new outreach partnerships, talent identification initiatives, etc.)- Leverages internal and external communications platform to support I&D storytelling and drive brand's inclusion leadership reputation.- Continually monitors external I&D landscape and stays abreast of evolving issues that may impact the implementation of the strategy
