.The OpportunityWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development and Communications Lead to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge learning and development strategies while also leading our internal communications efforts. We're looking for someone who can think strategically and deliver hands-on results, creating world-class Learning and development programs and materials that drive growth and excellence across the organization.Responsibilities:Career Development & Performance: Shape and manage career development strategies and performance evaluation programs that drive talent retention and growth.Strategic Program Design: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global learning and development strategies. This includes:Onboarding Excellence: Designing and executing a world-class onboarding process to ensure all new hires integrate smoothly and effectively.Customized Learning Solutions: Collaborating with department leaders and People Partners to identify and address specific learning needs, ensuring that development solutions are aligned with both team and business goals.Leadership Development Programs: Designing leadership development programs tailored to our managers, equipping them with the skills needed to drive performance and lead teams effectively.Mentoring & Coaching Programs: Establishing and managing mentoring and coaching initiatives that foster professional growth and leadership development at all levels.Content Creation & Training Materials: Developing engaging, high-quality training content and materials for diverse teams across the organization.Budget & Resource Management: Manage the overall budget for both Learning & Development and internal communications. This includes overseeing expenditures related to L&D and LMS vendors, tools, conferences, and development programs, as well as managing resources for communication strategies.Internal Communications: Manage and refine internal communication strategies to ensure alignment across teams, fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and shared purpose.Requirements:10 years of experience in Human Resources, with +5 years focused on Learning & Development, Training, and Internal Communications, ideally within a high-growth, global tech company.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is aplus. Must be able to convey complex ideas clearly and engage diverse audiences.Experience in fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech environments is preferred, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities they present.A creative, resourceful professional who is capable of rolling up their sleeves to create high-quality content, while also contributing to broader strategic initiatives.Expertise in implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms
