Notifies and Requests Corrective Actions to the corresponding Functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Production, etc.) on non-conformities and the of non-conformities and the causes that originated them and verify the effectiveness of Corrective Actions.- May participate in Multifunctional Continuous Improvement Projects and/or Teams. - Reviews Quality Requirements for the introduction and Transfers of New Products and/or Processes.- Develops, Interprets, and Implements Quality System Documentation. Develops, Modifies, and Maintains the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of your area.- May coordinate the Inspection and Test Equipment Calibration Program (either through subordinates or outside services).- Supports the Quality Manager or Quality Systems Coordinator in communicating with Certification Bodies. May attend and/or facilitate the performance audits of Regulatory Agencies.- Analyzes Customer Complaint/Return Reports and Coordinates with other Departments the implementation of Preventive and Corrective Actions.- Official Documentation- Bachelor degree in Engineering- Between 3 and 5 years.
