Job Description Responsibilities: Assist in the management and monitoring of purchase orders and contracts with suppliers.
Support in the search for new suppliers and in the evaluation of their proposals.
Collaborate in the compilation and analysis of quotes and price comparisons.
Keep the supplier and product database updated.
Participate in the preparation of reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) of the department.
Assist in resolving issues related to deliveries, billing, and quality of materials.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with purchasing requirements.
Contribute to special department projects that seek to improve processes and reduce costs.
Understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Good organizational and time management skils Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and ability to work as a team.
Intermediate or advanced level of English.
Proactivity, organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications What we are looking in you Bachelor's degree desired.
International Trade, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Previous internship or work experience in a business or administrative role.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is advantageous.
