Join our team to work in a creative and multidisciplinary environment with professionals from the United States, Denmark, Hungary, among others.Main Responsibilities:Create, maintain and execute category strategies within the assigned spend.Create business cases, assess commercial models, manage stakeholders, run tenders, negotiate contracts with a range of existing and potential new suppliers.Focus on achieving best value for money, leverage global scale and keep in mind local nuances.Oversee two categories at this phase of our growth.Define future supply concepts in our global organization, work across cultures and influence sourcing strategies in your categories.Act as a trusted Procurement Advisor for stakeholders all over Nilfisk and liaise with a broad field of suppliers while understanding the trends, commercial drivers, and market dynamics.Manage procurement projects (Scoping, RFx, Negotiating, Implementing).Develop category strategies and implement them.Manage contracts, optimize compliance with SOW's and other contractual terms and conditions.Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for procurement projects.Seek out additional opportunities for continuously improving the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) within the category.Conduct fact-based negotiations with suppliers to ensure Nilfisk achieves best value for money.Execute requests for proposals (RFP) and quotations (RFQ) professionally ensuring comparability, fact-based evaluations, and timely execution.Drive supplier consolidations keeping in mind local nuances.Assist in developing and maturing the Indirect Procurement function.Identify opportunities in spend patterns and market developments.Qualifications & Skills:Experience within one or several of the mentioned categories.Ability to establish great professional relationships with stakeholders.Fluency in English, both spoken and written.5-10 years of experience in an indirect procurement position, preferably from a global company or management consulting.What Makes Us Different?At Nilfisk, we know that great collaborators make a great company.
