**The main role for Channel Manager**:Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel partner accounts and Danaher Brands.Coordinates with company personnel, including technical support, and marketing, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectationsMeets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned channel partner accountsProactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, sales targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationshipProactively assesses, clarifies, and validates channel partner needs on an ongoing basisSells through our WQP channel partner organizations to end users in coordination with our sales resources.
