Your task will be:
- Develop VSMs at the assigned site.
- Make improvements and updates to the Lay out.
- Lead Kaizen Events
- Training of plant teams in Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools.
- Equipment capacity study
- Implementation and monitoring of savings projects.
- Plant method and capacity analysis
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 policies, procedures and requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Finished professional career
- 2 years of experience as Industrial and CI Engineer
- Bilingual (fluent english essential)
- Experience in advanced problem solving
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems.
- Management of AutoCAD and Minitab
