Industrial & CI Engineer What you'll do:Supervise the Kaizen Workshop TeamFollow and promote kaizen suggestions at site levelFacilitate continuous improvement activitiesLean Manufacturing deployment activitiesSupport plant activities and grow peopleConcept and designs improvements2D & 3D DesignPeople ManagementCompliance of Kaizen Suggestions System required according to plant site needsWorkshops by quarter required by divisional planImproved profitability through the elimination of wasteDecrease lead-time through value stream analysis and flow optimizationSQDCM key playerFollow-up on kaizen suggestion system in all departmentsPropose continuous improvement ideasDefinition and standardization of production linesDrives continuous improvement activities in production and non-production areas through the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and processesProvide administrative tasks, as requiredOrganize and conduct workshops in all departmentsFollow-up on 5S in all departmentsEnsure site/area metrics are updated and accurately reported as necessaryAssist in Autoliv Production System Standards complianceMonitor and support the APS roadmap and continuous improvement of the process to achieve KPIsSupport Target Conditions throughout siteCost and savings analysisWhat is required:Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering - 3 - 5 years minimum: Mechanical Experience using CNC Equipment - Industrial Engineering - Continuous Improvement - Process Engineering
