**What you'll do**:
We are seeking a multi skilled Industrial Designer to join our successful team who specialise in delivering exciting POS solutions that meet the clients' brief, budget and timeline. Not only do we deliver sustainable, effective and efficient POS solutions, we also help our clients understand how hard their POS is working to convert shoppers into buyers. We enable insight-led design to deliver measurable marketing activations in-store.
- Support our MAMs in taking briefs with clients while helping develop their understanding of the design process
- To design and develop POS and Permanent point of sale solutions to meet the clients' requirements and budget using 3D visuals and sketch work
- Work closely with project management to ensure that the entire route to market has been considered and the technical drawings are created to enable production across different markets
- Confidently present designs to clients, which meet their brief
- Liaise with factories where necessary to ensure accurate briefing and quality expectations are understood
- Convert conceptual designs into technical drawings suitable for manufacture
**What you'll bring**:
- Extensive experience in designing in the permanent point of purchase industry.
- Good understanding of manufacturing techniques, processes, and materials to include wood, metal, plastic fabrication and print etc.
- A full working knowledge of Solidworks to produce 3D renders and technical drawings
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop
- Excellent sketching ability to communicate design ideas to presentational standard
- Experience working to Walmart design guidelines (desirable)

**Role Requirements**:
This role can be based on a remote basis from either Mexico or the US.
