In a growth phase, it is looking for an Industrial Director to lead the modernization and optimization of its operations, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company's operational transformation, focusing on optimizing production processes, implementing technological innovations in the plastics industry and increasing efficiency. It must also ensure that production capacity keeps up with growth, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Main responsibilities:Develop strategies to optimize industrial processes, increasing productivity, quality and reducing costs, focusing on innovative technologies; Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a safe and productive environment, while monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards, collaborating with areas such as supplies and commercial for efficient integration; Monitor performance indicators and report results to senior management, contributing to strategic planning and sustainable growth; Strengthen relationships with senior management, suppliers and customers, promoting a culture of belonging, psychological safety and well-being among employees.Requirements:Solid knowledge in industrial process management, quality, safety and environment in the plastics industry, preferably flexible plastics; Familiarity with production management tools, such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma; Mobility to live in Santa Catarina; Intermediate English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
