Follow and promote kaizen suggestions at site levelProvide training according to plant standardsLean Manufacturing deployment activitiesSupport plant activities and grow peopleConcept and design improvements2D & 3D DesignAn APS (Autoliv Production System) Engineer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of results at the site level according to APS roadmapShould be an effective APS Trainer to create the desired APS culture and foundationCompliance of Autoliv Production System Standards required according to plant site needsWorkshops by quarter required by divisional planImproved profitability through the elimination of wasteDecrease lead-time through value stream analysis and flow optimizationWhat is required:Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement Projects, Kaizen Events, Excellent computer skills; Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
