MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analysis of 2D plans and 3D plans.
- Capacity analysis.
- Analysis and improvement of processes.
- Analyze and review Kanban acvies
- Analyze the impact of ECNs.
- Analysis and solution of problems.
- FIT development
- Review BOM vs. 3D
- Review the bubbles of each of the systems vs balancing
- Support to pilot runs.
- Interdepartmental relationship
- Support to engineers in daily acvies.
- Support in assigning components to balancing.
- Time study.
- Support in production acvies.
- Contact with suppliers.
- PO management.
- Lead changes in the team.
- Release of processes.
- Support in creating ID's for implementations.
- Torque management support.
- Monitoring of daily reports (Changes, ZPCP, ECN's)

- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the security rules determined according to their role.
Comply on me with the planned trainings related to Quality and Training. Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective acons.
