Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-Roles & responsibilities- Planning and executing the new products every model year.- Maintain routings, visual aids, work instructions, risk analysis for every model year.- Execute and record all the ISO processes related with the area.- Planning and executing efficiency and improvement projects.- Participate with the FEMA team to reach the best score for the processes.- Ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the VA/NVA ratio while taking intoconsideration our workers reality, using lean manufacturing tools.- Help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMStools.- Follow BRP values and behaviors.- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.- Enforce Quality BRP policy.Position objetiveDesign, implement and validate process according to new product introduction and/or increase capacity based onorganizational needs such as volume changes, wastes reduction, delivering a safe environment for the operationalemployees and assuring a process capable to meet the high quality standards of our products.
