**Descripción y Requisitos**

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- B.S in Industrial/Production engineering and 1 to 3 years of experience

**SKILS & KNOWLEGE**
- 1 to 3 years of direct process development, line balancing, material flow design support of a manufacturing or assembly operations/body shop, weld shop or 1 to 3 years of experience supporting offshore manufacturing/Logistics process design/optimization
- Ability to fluently communicate, both written and verbal in the English language
- Should have good interpersonal skills & Project management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of time
- Highly self-motivated, ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple
objectives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
- Proven ability to analyze situations and accurately take effective actions
- Technical writing
- Ability to work effectively across levels from shop floor to director level
- Willingness to adjust working hours as necessary to ensure effective support of
international operations
- Create and implement tools to audit efficiency and identify cost reduction
opportunities across the factory and the warehouse.
