Development of Cost Saving analysis and line balance effect of process changes/improvements. Carry out assignments related to time studies and line balance. Detect opportunity areas in shop floor/manufacturing lines to increase efficiency, workflow improvements with cost reduction. Leads kaizen events and coordinate action item list to coordinate efforts towards cost reduction projects (validated by finance department). Acts as project manager for assigned projects, using project management tools. Develops and maintains the full business case for cost reduction projects, including all necessary information to accurately describe the extent and cost of the proposed changes. Ensures that all elements of the CI program are in alignment with local strategies.
