Industrial Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Lean manufacturing initiatives
- Define process flow for new and existing products
- Develop and maintain visual management across manufacturing
- Develop production standards
- Estimate direct and indirect labor
- Participate in development of new lines/new products.
**Qualifications**:

- BS degree in Industrial Engineering
- Proactive and self-oriented
- Cost/waste reduction culture
- Lean Tools knowledge (SMED, Kanban, Poka-yoke, JIT, VSM, etc.)
**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
