Leads CI projects, work and support project managers in a range of activities associated with productivity projects, collecting and analyzing data to support studies related to productivity improvement, cost reduction, inventory control, etc.**Minimum requirements**:- Degree in Industrial engineering or equivalent- English (80-90%) Spoken and Written- Basic knowledge in lean manufacturing tools- 1- 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment- Plus: Knowledge in project management and Oracle**Responsibilities**:- Leads the execution of CI projects and ensures related activities are completed in accordance to company objectives and standards.- Identifies opportunities in manufacturing and supports / work on solutions.- Works with project management and cross-functional teams and internal customers across the business units to identify process opportunities.- Identifies the concerns of the customer, probes for answers and actively listens to understand the customers' business.**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
