**The Deliverables/Responsibilities.**The following will be done under the supervision of the WPI Lead:1. Benchmark Current Material Flow / Logistic Areas and Best Practices2. Create workable layouts for, but not limited to: Trailer Yard, Trailer Pack Outs, Docks, Metering, Storage, Top Hatting, PIV charging, team areas, High Bay Racking.3. Field check material flow / logistics areas for all facilities to identify interferences and confirm countermeasures.4. Assist Material Flow IE with data processing and/or calculations.5. 5T Design, Layout and Implementation6. Installation Drawings7. Compile Material Flow Deliverables.8. Assist in the setup of material flow / Logistic areas.9. Basic Flow Planner Analysisa. Creation of Euclidean mapsb. Creation of Route map**Skills Required**:1. AutoCAD2. Layout Design3. Time and Movements Study4. Use of Standard times5. 3M's analysis (MURI, MURA, MUDA)6. Support in the design of facilities considering the routes7. MS Office (particularly Excel and Access),8. ODCICS2 (Engineering & EBOM screens)10.
