**DESCRIPTION**
- Analyze and review existing processes and procedures.
- Analyze and review the functions and processes of existing equipment.
- Research and develop innovative equipment and implement them where necessary.
- Supervise new processes and equipment and report on the waste reduction they provide, both in labor and costs.
- Evaluate current costs and production and develop plans to reduce waste, such as labor and costs.
- Evaluate current processes to automate them where feasible.
- Design production layouts. Prepare diagrams, designs and graphs.
- Provide reports on productivity, cost savings and other factors on a monthly or quarterly basis.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3.5+ year of experience inside the automotive industry with **manufacturing processes, design and/or similar position.**:

- Knowledge of automotive industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing planning and/or mounting.
- ** Advanced English**.
- Hiring for 12 months.
