- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. - Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. - Design and coordinate layout activities. - Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations, equipment, and purchase of equipment. - Provide coaching, mentoring and training to junior employees. - Assign duties to drafters and technicians to support ongoing projects. - Drive and implement projects through Lean Six Sigma Methodologies. - Oversee project budgets.
