Activities performed include Industrial and Process Improvement Engineering (lean manufacturing processes), to ensure the volume and productivity levels committed in Class "A" metrics, reliability of manufacturing processes, ergonomic considerations for a safe and continuous operations, risk-free to the operators; on-time delivery of products.*****ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible & Accountable for IE department, human resources, process, and results- Works directly with production supervisors and manufacturing engineers in a team environment for problem solving, buy-in and support of new processes.- Managed all the IE process- Implementation & promotion the lean manufacturing tools, 5 S's, Visual Factory, Poka Yokes design, KAIZEN, KANBAN, TPM, DFP, PDCA, DMAIC, SMED and other initiatives, to continuously improve upon our own records.- Managed Workstations design and transformation (Layout)- Managed Standardized documentation IE forms, work instructions, process flow diagrams and procedures.- Managed Time studies, capacity analysis & line balance- Leading Cost reduction projects leading.- Managed Production associates Trainer & New Personnel training helper.- Participate at Equipment and machinery installation assistance.- Managed Tooling and fixtures design, including tooling and fixtures control.- Managed Pilot run & new models launch supporting.- Leading Ergonomic analysis with RULA, REBA, NIOSH, or any other ergonomic tool.- Among responsibilities the following environmental information is included, designated but not limited to: Knowledge and comprehension of the plant's environmental policy, including the established environmental goals, knowing, and identifying the environmental aspects and impacts on the area or process to perform, focusing on continuous improvement and keeping operational goals, identifying, and segregating chemical residues and materials.**In relation to responsibility and authority in matters of safety, hygiene, and the environment**:It is the employee's responsibility to work safely, hygienically and in an environmentally responsible manner; focused but not limitedto the prevention of incidents and accidents in your work area, section and colleagues.Reinforcing the hygiene and safety measures indicated, as well as the participation in the company's environmental and safety programs, such as but not limited to: The segregation of materials; environmental certifications; health and safety hygiene programs that are carried out and in the way that your participation is determined or requested.It is the employee's responsibility to know the policy, objectives, and action plans of the ISO 50001 energy management system, as well as its significant uses of energy
