Shaping the future: Coordinate and authorize changes in existing and future production lines according to time studies based on MTM, UAS, chronometer and ergonomic studies in order to determine a database with the information obtained, optimizing spaces in productive areas, as well as engineering changes.Create a collaborative environment: Coordinate and supervise the generation or update of job letters made by industrial engineers in order to ensure standardized work on production lines.Create something new: Manage basic inputs, resources and materials in order to obtain an investment strategy and coordinate engineering change requests in order to fulfill the phases in the stipulated times for their application in production.Take Responsibility: Monitor ongoing production operations to ensure productivity through daily monitoring and support production areas.Think Holistically: Participate with the value chain in order to suggest lean processes in production.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar.Work History: Several years of relevant professional experience preferably in the manufacturing area (Process Engineer).Experience and Knowledge: SAP, MTM studies, Industrial Engineering, ECR's and Lean Manufacturing.Languages: Advanced English.Personality: Goal-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit, motivated, open-minded to work in an international team.Additional InformationBOSCH is a proud supporter of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) Initiatives.
