- Your Roles & Responsibilties- Promote Operational excellence culture within the plant, accross all areas
- Partner with Leadership team in order to educate on MAHLE Production System principles
- Train the trainer to develop MPS Experts
- Actively collaborates in the implementation of sustainable work standards
- Conducts workshops and meetings to enhance MPS culture
- Your Skills & Strenghts- Proven experience in automotive, + 5 years experience. Tier 1 strongly preferred
- English fluency, a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact at different levels within MAHLE
- Knowledgeable in MPS or certified in Continuous Improvement (external)
- Self oriented with strong orientation to results
