What will you do? Perform activities to reduce logistic & production errors and improve the material flow across manufacturing systemsPerform a time study methodology to create visibility in process time and to have a clear cost base dataUse Lean methods to identify wastes and suggest actions, initiatives or projects to eliminate themImproves logistic efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layoutResponsible to keep the facility lay-out up to date and use it to suggest process improvements and future statesSupport the labor force to find and implement ideas for improvement, safety, 5's, ergonomic with kaizen methodsProvides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements What will you need to succeed?
