We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement Coordinator**, based in **Apodaca** (E-Systems Division).
As Industrial Engineering & Continuous Improvement Coordinator will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to an Operations Manager.
**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**
- Manage and control improvement projects of the organization.
- Validate the savings generated by each project.
- Formulate and execute improvement projects.
- Ensure the use of tools and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Implement training and provide Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing advice.
- Design and maintenance of the Plant Layout.
- Analysis of Times and Movement of the Production lines.
- Calculation of People required to carry out a Work Operation.
- Capacity analysis of production lines.
- Develop a gap assessment vs. the Shingo model of Operational Excellence and initiate the resulting improvement road map.
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**
- Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineer with a specialty in Productivity.
- Minimum 3 years in the Electronic Industry and in the Automotive Industry.
- AutoCAD Design Software.
- Green Belt Certificate.
- Shingo model training.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office.
- Proactive, Self-directed with a lot of Leadership.
- Advanced English.
