- Develop operational scroll for new models.
- Review engineering proposals for future models to calculate manpower requirements and manufacturing cost.
- Analyze and estimate manpower impact for special studies request by VPE.
- Track CCD's and incorporate into adjusted target for HPV.
- Verify CCD's and other late releases are assigned in AMPS.
- Follow WPI deliveries in new launches for loops 1 to 4.
- Analyze ergonomic issues identified in WPI.
- Coordinate activities preparation for digital scroll development.
- Follow and coordinate 3rd level layout activities.
- Coordinate Loop 0 Workshops for scroll development.
- Develop glide path and facilitate process for Loop 1 deliverables.
- Coordinate Loop 2 Optimization Workshops.
- Develop rate capability plan (resources and timing).
New Position 26 UPH (IE launch trim 2 line, SVAP).
- 5 years of minimum experience
- English proficiency
- Graduate in Industrial Engineering - Bachelor Degree
