POSITION OBJECTIVE
As Industrial Engineering Coordinator you are responsible for determining the best line configuration and requirements to assure the most safety, quality and efficient process. Considering not only the current processes but also the process changes and new process implementations. Continuous improvement is also another key focus of your daily journey.
In this position you are also responsible for generating a strong and positive work environment for the people of your team and the teams whom you collaborate to become all together part of our high efficient organization.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Efficiency Strategy for the assembly processes through a strong collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (Line Balance, Kaizen, VA/NVA, Yamazumi).
Determine the best capacity strategy to optimize the operational resources based on the customer demand.
Leader of the Industrialization process for new model years and line up as well as the proper change management.
Responsible for the Layout Management.
Strong focus on operators driven processes to enable our people to produce high quality engines/vehicles under the most convenient operational work environment
Support the team in the problem solving journey
Create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles (BRPMS)
Control department cost to meet financial objectives (CAPEX/OPEX)

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
"MBA or Engineering" Desirable
**Desirable**: Lean Manufacturing, Black Belt 6S
**Experience**:
Min. 5-years experience in a previous related position.(Assembly) and 12 months of experience in project management is desirable.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
