Find out how our values and unique position make Schneider Electric the employer of choice.Responsibilities:Assists the Quality Manager with projects to improve the quality of products or processes.Works hands on in our manufacturing plant floors with manager and colleagues to solve problems.Collaborate with a diverse team from engineering, design, quality, assembly and automation for project success and on time delivery.Participate on the qualification process for new parts and equipment from different suppliers.Update and create work instructions to support manufacturing process efficiency and quality goals achievement.Participate on problem solving methodology (8D's) and continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen events, lean manufacturing).Develop data analytics and improvement methodologies like (MSA, Gage R&R, DOE, Capability Process).Desirable if you have any knowledge of CREO, AutoCAD and/or any ERP system.Qualifications:Care.
