We are seeking a Industrial Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations within our manufacturing plant.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for managing the reliability of production equipment, coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, and ensuring operational efficiency.
The coordinator will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
This position involves managing critical assets, including production machinery, auxiliary equipment, and infrastructure, while adhering to company objectives and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs for production machinery, auxiliary equipment, and facilities.
Organize and allocate resources based on operational needs.
Monitor and evaluate maintenance performance indicators, driving improvements where needed.
Create efficient methods and procedures to enhance maintenance activities.
Manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime while controlling costs.
Plan and execute major maintenance tasks, including monthly, annual, and corrective interventions.
Train and develop the maintenance team, fostering a motivated, high-performing workforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance goals with business objectives.
Ensure adherence to environmental, health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Requirements Technical education in mechanical or electromechanical engineering (tertiary education preferred).
Advanced knowledge of maintenance systems, including TPM and Lean Manufacturing.
Experience managing teams and large-scale maintenance budgets.
Proficiency in maintenance planning and execution of major repairs.
Familiarity with safety, environmental, and food safety standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Work Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Experience managing maintenance teams and working in manufacturing environments.
Required Skills : Proficiency in maintenance strategies (TPM, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective conflict management and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices.
Familiarity with integrated management systems and maintenance software.
Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
