Responsibilities: Execution of Light Track PEP projects (PCR's = Product Change Requests).Implements/explains inside of the plants the new and updated versions of Product Definition Files including Pilot Runs.Supports plant with all technical aspects of the offer.Support of new product design and implementation from Design Engineering to Operations.Filters issues from the plant and suppliers and recommends corrective actions to the related Continuous Engineering department.Reviews First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR's) and makes decisions on part conformity to the design.Submits proposals of QVE (Quality Value Engineering) actions to the Continuous Engineering groups.Qualifications: Engineering degree, BSEE or BSME preferred.2+ years of experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Must be self-motivated.Excellent problem resolution skills.Ability to interact with engineering and manufacturing personnel.Must be able to effectively utilize time to maintain project schedules.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of low voltage Transformer design, installation, and use.Knowledge of local, state, and federal codes governing the installation and use of low voltage Transformers.Ability to interpret basic front elevation, one-line, and schematic drawings.
