Responsibilities:Manage the process flow and qualification in collaboration with BU and GSC to prepare a successful industrial transfer.Lead the deployment on NPI and capacity increase projects at the facility ensuring consistency between BU & GSC.Work with cross-functional and remote teams to guarantee the deployment of industrial processes.Accountable for decision making and project execution in compliance with project goals, business, industrial and customer requirements.Accountable for project requirements: resources, product cost file, planning & schedule, capacity, SPS and other deliverables.Ensure the capacities adaptation according to the dedicated tools (CAMA, CORIM, Bridge, etc.), internal or external.Perform regular Queue Simulations, using the waiting queue design tool, in order to optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.Define & maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools adapted (MTM-UAS-timer-video analysis).Ensure the profitability of investments adapted to the needs of optimization and development process.Guide the choice of designers by providing industrial and logistical requirements.Act as the "Time determination & Ergonomics Specialist/Referent" within his perimeter.Responsible for the Productivity action plan in his perimeter (define, implement).Implement adaptations on the processes and manufacturing workstation for existing products by improving industrial performance in manual processes, automatic processes & PLC (Programmable Logic Control) using SPS techniques and tools.Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line architectures and industrial scenarios in order to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.Optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines.Write operator work instructions for training.Study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.Qualify means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' locations.Pilot new productions ramp-up.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a field of Engineering.3+ years' practical experience in Method Engineering role or equivalent.2+ years experience leading projects.PMP Certification (Desirable).Knowledge and experience within business software related to capacity planning such as SAP, ACCESS/SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.Open-minded, proactive ('can do' attitude), open to learn every day.Result-oriented, analytical way of working with attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills.Lean and agile mindset.Good communication and collaboration skills (at all levels).Negotiation Skills.Travel availability (Visa & passport).#J-18808-Ljbffr
