**Vacancy Name**- Industrial Nurse**Location of Work**- Tijuana, Mexico**Employment Type**- Full Time Employee- Participate in accident investigations- Control of accident records, days lost, ST7, ST2 and ST9.- May coordinate the activities of the IMSS (Social Security) Brigades.- May prepare the IMSS (Social Security) and STPS (Secretary of Labor) Accident Form.- Is responsible for the Company's First Aid Kit.- May administer injections accompanied by a medical prescription.- Cooperate with the different areas of the Organization to avoid accidents and health risks.Supports the Internal Health and Safety Committee.- Attends and/or performs Medical Examinations for New Employees, as well as Health Monitoring Examinations (Prophylactic, Lead Levels in Blood, Audiometry, Etc.) to comply with Official Standards.- Communication and education: Ability to communicate effectively with workers, employers and other health professionals on occupational health issues, as well as to provide education and training on safe workplace practices.- Research and program evaluation: Ability to conduct research in the field of occupational medicine, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of occupational health programs and propose improvements based on scientific evidence.**Basic Knowledge Required**- Bachelor of Science in Nursing- 2 to 4 years of experience- Desirable knowledge of EHS, occupational health, COFEPRIS, STPS procedures and guidelines.- Experience in the Maquiladora industry- Availability of schedule- Intermediate English- Computing
