**Requirements**:
- 2 years in similar position
- Bachelor degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering)
- 2 years as Industrial Performance/Continuous Improvement Manager Position in a manufacturing environment (automotive sector is desired)
- Six sigma certifications are desired
- MS Office proficient

**Main responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with site IP team the best practices for overconsumption
- Help plants to accomplish Scrap and operational Budget
- In charge of RAW material optimization
- Product harmonization
- Implement business appropriate re-use projects at each site
- Implement Best practices on Equipment and procedures that helps plants to better performing Reviews copper and master batch overconsumption results and analysis, identifies potential performance gap, analyses main root causes, defines or validates improvement opportunities and designs accordingly action plans or projects according to the extent of improvements to be carried out.
- Reviews overall industrial performance results focused on production and quality performance (productivity, scrap rate and cost reduction.), contributes to the analyzes of industrial non-performance root causes in cooperation with quality and production departments and participates to the development of improvement action plans (Problem solving).
- Conducts feasibility study of improvement projects (Initiated by Industrial performance department or requested by others departments or regional industrial performance), performs detailed project planning, oversees projects and action plans implementation and monitors progress and results achievement rates.
- Leads industrialization projects of new products (at plant level) including readiness assessment for serial production and coordination with all involved parties to prepare serial production launch. Reviews and validates updates of products technical specifications documents, work instructions, visual aids, PFMEA and other relevant technical documents and datasheets. Assures accordingly timely implementation actions such as update of recipes, etc.
- Leads the validation of new equipment or upgrades. Oversees process parameters verification and calibration such as debit tests, testing and calibration of plasticolor verification of barrel and extrusion screw, bunching payoff calibration, etc. and takes accordingly adequate actions.
- Validates technical specifications of production tooling, approves tooling needs, issues tools purchase requisition and follows up supplying process. Defines, corrective and preventive action plans to prevent damage, loss and tooling cost.
- Prepares and controls the annual Industrial Performance Budget and strategic plans, prepares, communicates and reviews Industrial performance KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Department and the Company's objectives.
