Mission: ·Responsible to challenge the performance in entity, in our Pacifico plant in Tijuana. A typical day for you might include: ·Lead continuous improvement plan within the plant. ·Participate to the decision-making process for all investments (new product introduction, capacity, kaizen, …) ·In charge to standardize and deploy for exemplary results in SPS animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, standards design Identify other Smart and Digital solutions used in perimeter and be able to support entities when needed. ·Use BI tools and Analytics for diagnosis and continuous improvement (medium- and long-term analysis). ·Promote and use needed Smart and Digital solutions to Support perimeter on SC Performance improvement.QualificationsThis may be the next step in your career journey if you have: ·Bachelor's Degree in, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related). · 3+ years' experience in manufacturing areas · 3+ years' experience in continuous improvement areas · 2+ years' experience in supply chain ·Advanced English proficiency. ·Lean Manufacturing Knowledge. ·Problem-solving, and project management skills. ·Knowledge of SAP What's in it for you?
