We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Industrial Performance Leader to join our dynamic team.
The Industrial Performance Leader will be responsible for optimizing industrial operations, driving performance improvements, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency within our manufacturing facilities.
This role will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement across our industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee performance improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and enhance productivity within the industrial environment.
* Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and resource utilization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement in industrial operations.
* Utilize lean manufacturing principles and methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
* Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and communicate industrial performance to stakeholders.
* Lead change management efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
* Provide coaching and guidance to industrial teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
üResponsible to challenge the performance of the entity üIn charge to standardize and deploying for exemplary results in SPS animation, continuous improvement, best practices deployment, standards design Qualifications Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven experience in industrial performance improvement, operational excellence, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
at least 4 years * English advanced * Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, six sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change initiatives, with a track record of achieving measurable improvements in operational performance.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive data-based decision-making.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
