**We are looking for a INDUSTRIAL PROGRAM MANAGER to be part of our team in FIS SLP**

Responsible for the execution of the work packages for the Industrial Development of the Program in the Plant:
1. Industrial footprint, plant equipment selection (new/reuse/share), plant layout, MIFD/MIFA.

2. Responsible for launch planning and budget from definition to execution

3. Participate in the development of the Make or Buy strategy according to Purchases, Program and Plant(s).

4. Define the necessary resources of the industrial development support team in terms of workload, skills and profiles.

5. Lead the industrial development support team to ensure industrial development and industrial plant and plant readiness by conducting reviews, assigning tasks, accountability, and preparing personnel and training plans related to the launch.

6. Develops budgets for product manufacturing and improvement processes.

7. Sets strategic and tactical priorities and key objectives, and monitors organizational performance.

**This job might be four you if you fit the following requirements**:

- ** Minimum 5 years experience in similar position in an automotive company (desirable plastic injection/interiors)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- ** Strong knowledge in industrialization process, APQP, problem solving, projects management, management of multidisciplinary teams, estimation of costs, profit and loss, investments, etc.**:

- High leadership, communication, organization skills and financial mindset.
