Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Industrialization Engineer.
**What you'll do**:
**Job summary**
Develop and improve the manufacturing processes, equipment and tooling for new products based on product specifications, adhering to New Product Development tools as well as providing manufacturing input throughout the New Product Development Cycle.
**Job responsibilities**
- Manufacturing input in product development throughout the Product Development Life cycle on New product releases.
- Define and develop robust manufacturing processes for new products.
- Develop tooling and equipment for new product manufacturing that meet quality, specs, and cycle time requirements.
- Develop Prototypes for debugging and improving new products.
- Product Testing according to specifications.
- Transition New Products to receiving site production team.
- Coordinate and support receiving site teams on Activity Matrix deliverables.
- Accountable for process and Manufacturing requirements based on Product Specifications and Test Requirements from NPD.
- Ensure Capital expense according to schedule.
- Develop new pieces of equipment ( machinery )and tooling (molds, stamping tool, fixtures) according to NPD characteristics
- Find Commercial Solutions for manufacturing new product technology
- New Product Process design
- EHS requirements met for new processes

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Engineering Degree
**Years and area of experience required**
- 3-5 years
**Technical knowledge**
- Pro Launch
- Modeling Software (Autocad, Solidworks, Enovia)
- Core tools
- IEE standards.
- SAP
- Root Cause analysis methodologies
- Data acquisition and variable identification for on site experiments
