Responsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization leading and assisting new operational methods required for the engine maintenance, various problem-solving and continuous improvement action for existing methods.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team and using Safran Aircraft Engine Services global tool for process validation ending with the put in place of a new operational method.Create and put in place new working documents (for example but not limited to service orders, inspection records, internal fabrication records, working instructions) ensuring external (OEM, customer or authorities) and internal (QMS and SMS) requirements.Participate in the development and industrial validation for new maintenance procedures in coordination with Safran Aircraft Engines MRO network (Brussels, France, Morocco) and other Safran business units around the world.Ensure compliance of the existing and new operational methods and related working documents to the latest technical documentation.Improve and ensure the continuous improvement of the existing operational methods focusing on the organization SQCDP targets.Ensure technical support of the existing operational methods and working documents.Lead and participate in problem-solving activities and multidisciplinary groups concluding in effective solutions using Lean philosophy and tools.Participate in the evaluation committees which permit the operative personnel release.Lead equipment and machinery introduction or requalification needed for operational methods.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer with more than 2 years of experience in MRO, or
Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in a related position/industry, or
Any other bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience in a related position/industry.
Occasional travel to Safran Aircraft Engines MRO network (Brussels, France, Morocco) and other Safran business units around the world.
