Industrialization Engineer H/MPublished 12.27.2024Job Field: Industrial EngineeringLocation: Queretaro, MexicoContract Type: PermanentContract Duration: Full-timeRequired Degree: Bachelor's DegreeRequired Experience: More than 5 yearsSpoken Language(s): English FluentResponsible for increasing the industrial capability and maturity of the organization by leading and assisting in new operational methods required for engine maintenance, addressing various problem-solving and continuous improvement actions for existing methods.Complementary DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Manage new industrialization projects through a multidisciplinary team, using Safran Aircraft Engine Services global tool for process validation, concluding with the implementation of a new operational method.Create and implement new working documents (for example, service orders, inspection records, internal fabrication records, working instructions) ensuring compliance with external (OEM, customer or authorities) and internal (QMS and SMS) requirements.Participate in the development and industrial validation of new maintenance procedures in coordination with Safran Aircraft Engines MRO network (Brussels, France, Morocco) and other Safran business units globally.Ensure compliance of existing and new operational methods and related working documents to the latest technical documentation.Improve and ensure the continuous enhancement of existing operational methods, focusing on the organization's SQCDP targets.Provide technical support for existing operational methods and working documents.Lead and participate in problem-solving activities and multidisciplinary groups, resulting in effective solutions using Lean philosophy and tools.Participate in evaluation committees that permit the release of operative personnel.Lead equipment and machinery introduction or requalification needed for operational methods.Job RequirementsAeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer with more than 2 years of experience in MRO, orAeronautical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineer with more than 4 years of experience in a related position/industry, orAny other bachelor's degree with more than 5 years of experience in a related position/industry.Specificity of the JobOccasional travel to Safran Aircraft Engines MRO network (Brussels, France, Morocco) and other Safran business units globally.#J-18808-Ljbffr
