About the position: Guarantee that the Voice of the Customer is well translated and ranked in terms of criticality (parts and sub-assemblies).Collaborate on APQP.Ensure the implementation of the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals: R/PFMEA, CTQ/CTP Management, Process Capability, Control Plans, Supplier and Part Approval, Process Audit, Pilot Run / PPAP, Problem Solving, and Product Change Management.
Influence all aspects of Design Assurance Essentials including CTQs, Mission Profile, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Design Optimization, Tolerancing, Robust DV&V, MSA / R&R Assessment, Problem solving, and Field reliability.
Drive the requirements of our suppliers to reach quality goals and proper controls.
Lead the planning and execution of component qualification.
Lead the Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure the proper level of quality is built into the processes.
Ensure quality items are included in the equipment, tool, and process qualification plans.
Transfer process quality data and requirements to suppliers and Schneider manufacturing facilities.
Deliver Control Plans (CQCPs) to the plants for the creation of Process Control Plans and Incoming Inspection.
Lead quality issue resolution throughout the project, including the production pilot.
Support and train cross-functions on methods and tools needed to reach robustness, capability, and quality targets.
