Industrialization Specialist

**Location**: Toluca, Mexico**Key Responsibilities**:Control the NPI process for the sites (Firmex & Fideco) and do the follow-up during the hyper care period, with full responsibility to achieve short and medium-term objectives set by management in a safe, high-quality, efficient and fast introduction of new products in the sites; Assess new products, through pilot trials and/or analytical if needed, to assure industrial feasibility and safety; Establish for any new product operating instruction, conduct scale-up in production, and train staff as needed; Continuously improve processes in our plant in terms of efficiency, yields, quality, and safety; Monitor the performance of the new product introduction for the site through appropriate KPI´s, identify failures, conduct root causes analysis, and implement corrective action plans with the stakeholders; Cover NPI process for tollers linked to the site; **We value**:Advanced English; Bachelor´s degree in Chemical Engineering, Production, Food, Industrial Chemistry or similar areas; Experience in Industrialization and Spray Dryer technology; Knowledge on systems (Office, SAP, PowerBI); Effective and professional communication and organization skills.Pro-active profile.
