We are currently seeking a Industry Consulting Consultant to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).
**Project Manager / Business Analyst Hybrid**
**Objectives of this role**
- Experience: 5 years of project management experience
- 2 years of consultative customer service experience (preferred)
- Lead initiatives to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
- Maintain a product mindset and demonstrate proven leadership in technology delivery, strategic planning, change management, process optimization, operational effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
- Understand the scope that is being asked to be delivered, ask questions to grasp what is being requested and why it is important to the business
- Develop and maintain relationships with Cox employees, third-party resources, including vendors to collaborate on delivering the work
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary.
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Experience in customer service / customer care technologies (support tools)
- Four or more years of project management experience
- Some experience as a business analyst or product owner in an agile environment
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Proven success working with all levels of management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
