**Industry Manager - Retail, E-commerce, Edu & FSI Responsibilities**:
- Play the lead role in developing a holistic business across a series of Fintech, Retail and E-commerce accounts, prioritizing business opportunities for Meta LATAM and our family of brands, including Instagram and Messenger
- Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
- Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs
- Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta ecosystem of platforms to clients hey executives for both B2C and B2B marketing
- Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches leveraging video, AI, Performance and measurement.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta LATAM, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
- Build, train and maintain a high performing team
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
- Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to brands
- Experience using advertising data to craft media strategy
- 12+ years Marketing/Sales experience
- 5+ years in digital marketing or media
- Knowledge of technology and trends that are changing the advertising business
- Experience forging relationship with senior leadership or decision makers on brands or at agencies
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 5+ years people management experience
- Experience in solving both performance-based and branding objectives with Meta´s platform ecosystem
- Experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems
- Experience presenting to diverse audiences with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data in to client value
- Experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands
- Leadership/management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
