**General Description**:
Measurement and tracking the Business Performance of INFINITI Dealer Network to have competitive owners and committed to the brand.
Business and Management Statements evaluation of INFINITI Dealer Network, focusing on performance and financial KPIs calculation, Dealer Network consultant, business cases elaboration, Performance and Financial Result presentation for Managers and Direction, managing databases, with the objective to measure and have growing partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Dealer Network business performance analysis to identify opportunities and deliver proactive solutions. Including but not limited to: sales, market share, automotive industry, measure and monitoring the profitability.
- Low performers policy follow-up and execution.
- Geo marketing analysis for dealer networks, such as: Super Retail and Take Overs evolution for Infiniti.
- Focus of the Business Expansion Strategy - Profitable Partners.
- Financial and performance evaluation by business unit (New Cars, Used Cars & Aftersales).
- Development a Business Case to measure the impact on business profitability.
- Business Management data base administration.
- Consultancy to improve Dealer Network performance and profitability results - Quality and Consistency data audit.
- Business Reviews - Low performers follow up.
- Network visits to improve performance and profitability levels.
- Development of Workshops with the Dealer Network to share better practices.
- Analysis to measure the impact of Network Expansion.

**Education/Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (licensed) or related field.
**Previous Work Experience**:
- Minimum work experience of 3 years in Business Administration, Marketing, Dealer development, or Data analysis.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and workflow.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
**Must have**:
- Ease of Speech.
- Understanding of data analysis.
